(Debian variants are constrained by http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/dists/jessie-pgdg/main/ -- ala, amd64, i386, and ppc64le)

While build-testing on s390x (where we have no Alpine 3.5), I discovered that Alpine Edge has moved /usr/bin/prove from perl over to perl-utils (and we'll no longer need perl), so that's something to keep in mind when Alpine 3.6 drops. Hopefully I remember leaving this comment at that point. 😬
